Erin Swan is a dedicated professional with a lifelong connection to the military community. As the Fundraising and Family Program Manager for Hyperformance Foundation, she brings a passion for service, relationship building, and strategic outreach to support the organization’s mission.
Erin spent six years as the Military Relations Manager at Veterans United Home Loans, where she led efforts to engage and support service members, veterans, and their families. She also served as the Event Coordinator for the Travis Mills Foundation, where she managed large-scale fundraising events to benefit post-9/11 recalibrated veterans and their families—further deepening her impact in the veteran support space.
As the daughter of a U.S. Army veteran who served for 22 years, Erin grew up immersed in military life. That experience shaped her deep respect for service and gave her a firsthand understanding of the challenges and resilience within military families.
Outside of her professional work, Erin is a passionate baker and youth soccer coach. She finds joy in creating homemade treats and mentoring young athletes on and off the field.
Known for her empathy, integrity, and collaborative spirit, Erin continues to champion the military community in every aspect of her work—while staying grounded through her passions and community involvement.
